A fast-growing LATAM neobank needed a channel mix that could reach unbanked and underbanked users beyond saturated Meta and Google inventory. IconPeak designed and operated an OEM pre-install program that made the app part of device setup across Xiaomi and Samsung fleets, then coupled the signal with localized social to compound efficiency.
The Challenge
The neobank was over-indexed on Meta and Google, with CPAs climbing and audiences saturating. They needed incremental reach into demographics that don't scroll Instagram, without compromising unit economics or retention quality.
The Approach
We activated OEM pre-install partnerships with Xiaomi and Samsung across Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, and Argentina. Every device shipped with the app surfaced in the recommended tray — zero ad fatigue, zero scroll required.
Localized social ran in parallel, optimizing on first-deposit events. OEM volume fed the lookalike models, creating a flywheel between channels instead of duplicating them.

Facetune required scale that translated into paid subscriptions, not download noise. IconPeak ran a direct-response iOS program with tight CPA guardrails, fraud-protected attribution, and a media mix tuned to post-install revenue — proving that volume and subscription quality can move together.
The Challenge
Facetune is a paid-subscription iOS app where the only KPI that matters is post-install revenue. The team needed high-volume UA that respected strict CPA ceilings — $40 in the US and $30 across the rest of the world — without leaking budget into low-intent installs or fraud.
The Approach
We operated a direct-response mobile UA program tuned for paying subscribers, not installs. CTV was switched off to concentrate spend on DR inventory. View-through attribution was enabled to capture the full conversion path, with Protect360 filtering fraudulent installs before they hit reporting.
Media buying was segmented by CPA ceiling, with budget pacing and creative rotation managed independently per region to keep US and RoW economics intact as spend scaled.
The Result
The program held the $40 US and $30 RoW CPA ceilings across the full campaign flight while sustaining subscription-driven scale. Fraud-filtered attribution gave the team confidence in the numbers, and the RoW segment became a clean efficiency engine alongside the US flagship market.

Tipico needed high-value user acquisition — installs that turned into funded players, not vanity downloads. IconPeak built a four-segment campaign architecture (COB, ATL, PRDA, CCY), each tuned to a distinct acquisition role, and operated it across Europe and the US for a full six-month flight focused on deposit yield.
The Challenge
As a leading sports-betting operator, Tipico needed acquisition partners who could scale high-intent installs across multiple regulated markets while staying accountable to first-time deposit (FTD) economics — not install CPM. The goal was conversion-focused UA where every segment earned its slot on the media plan.

We split the program into four dedicated campaign segments, each with its own targeting logic, creative mix, and optimization layer:

Over a six-month period (October 2025 to March 2026), the strategy delivered both massive scale and concrete bottom-line impact. The campaigns successfully drove 43,507 total app installs while maintaining player quality, ultimately yielding 1,081 FTDs. The primary campaign segment alone accounted for over 19,700 of those installs and 417 FTDs, proving the effectiveness of a targeted, conversion-focused user-acquisition model.
